Last week I had one of the best customer service experiences ever! I have a Polar heart monitor that I use when I am running and walking the dogs:
I had been having no end of difficulty getting a replacement battery to work after about a year of use. Finally, I found a customer service address in Warwick. I sent it to them and asked if they could fix it, even though it was out of warranty, I told them I was happy to pay for this. amazingly, I received it back in one day, fully working, and with no charge.
These guys are displaying an awesome level of customer service. If you are an old fart like me and want to keep an eye on exactly what your heart is actually doing, I cannot recommend Polar enough…
