  • Issues of Contention: size of the development
  • How I voted: against, unanimous
  • Why: size of the development

  • Issues of Contention: already approved almost identical neighbour development
  • How I voted: reject, unanimous
  • Why: not enough parking, amenity space, and highly out of character

  • Issues of Contention: parking and highways, 60 vehicles/day? Every objection is directly local
  • How I voted: approve, requested a turnaround to ensure people are not backing out onto the road, but going forward; unanimous
  • Why: inserted the provision on the parking, so it is fine
