So the meeting last week went so long that it had to be continued last night. So here are the remaining issues and how I voted on them:

- Issues of Contention: opening days of Christmas and Easter
- How I voted: approve, unanimous
- Why: no reason not to, would add business to the Frimley Road, which is much needed
*WES WEST END GARAGE 133-141 GUILDFORD ROAD, WEST END, WOKING, GU24 9LS #2012/0858
- Planners Recommendations: grant permission
- Issues of Contention: none
- How I voted: approve, unanimous
- Why: the site is currently in a derelict condition and drastically needs overhauling
*WAT CRABTREE PARK, CRABTREE ROAD, CAMBERLEY 2012/0870 09 73
- Planners Recommendations: pumping station that requires our approval, recommending approval, as are essential works
- Issues of Contention: none
- How I voted: approve,
- Why: need to ensure that there is sufficient pumping power on the reclaimed land
*TOW 86 HIGH STREET, CAMBERLEY, GU15 3RS 2013/0037
- Planners Recommendations: approve
- Issues of Contention: change of use from and off-license and take away to a betting office, big issue with the use of these gaming machines, as they are terribly addictive for young people. Matter is of national importance.
- How I voted: approve, carried 12-1
- Why: no good reason not to and it has been vacant for 5 years

- Planners Recommendations: approve
- Issues of Contention: none
- How I voted: approve, approved by 12-1
- Why: no reason not to
*CHO POPLAR GROVE, SANDPIT HALL ROAD, CHOBHAM, WOKING, GU24 8HA #2013/0048
- Planners Recommendations: approve, needed to be done to deal with already permitted development rights
- Issues of Contention: owner is a SHBC Councillor, so needs to come to this committee, question is why is this really needed? Issue is the greenbelt.
- How I voted: approve, approved 10-3
- Why: make things easier to enforce greenbelt issues in future
